Ep. 2: Youth advocate talks about empowering young black men from metro ATL

In this episode, Shanequa Moore interviews Jay Charles Billups, an award-winning customer-facing IT trailblaze. Jay is a local resident of Decatur and Georgia and also an advocate for youth. Jay shares his near-death experience and what inspired him to become an advocate now traveling the world empowering young black men to develop a positive identity and sense of self and become a staple in communities of color.
